What you can expect during the hiring process

Intro call
30 mins; talk about Recital and the role, and share more about yourself
2.
Behavioral Interviews
Interviews with Brendan, Hiemanshu, and Martin (Intermediate roles do tech assessment before interviews)
3.
Technical assessment
Half take-home (target 1 hour, MAX 2 hours), half 1 hour live feedback and pair programming session
4.
References & Offer
